Social Media Strategy & Feed Re-Design -Vilaweb

Drafting a new Instagram Strategy for the newspaper VilaWeb, a newspaper located in Barcelona with more than 1 Million readers monthly and more than 70K followers on Instagram.

The drafting of the social media strategy included analysis of the current status of the Instagram account, benchmarking of competitors, definition of the target audience of the newspaper's social media strategy. objectives & territories of the brand on social media, steps to reach such objectives, design of a new image of the brand on Instagram, definition of the use of every single format on Instagram: stories, reels, single posts & carousels strategies, and definition of engagement strategies of the brand on Instagram.

Growth of the account since we implemented the strategy has been of around 14,000 followers.

The Instagram image of the newspaper is now premium, their highlights are well organised, they have changed their bio as per our instructions to make it more approachable and direct, and they have renewed their formats to connect with younger audiences.

Social Media Strategy, Management and Ads - Botiga VilaWeb

We created a proposal for a new strategy for the ecommerce of the newspaper VilaWeb, where they sell items that can be interesting for people who want to buy Catalan local products.

Strategy

We created a new strategy for the Instagram of the company focusing on the following objectives:

  • Growing their Instagram following.

  • Bringing more traffic to the website.

  • Growing the engagement of the account.

  • Generating more sales as a result of driving more traffic.

We have also been managing the client's Instagram since then and we have run Facebook & Instagram Ad campaigns for the client.

Management

Growth of the account since us starting to manage it a year ago has been of +500%, going from 450 followers to 2762 followers now.

The reach and engagement rate of the account has also been exponentially higher.

This has been through creating a clear Instagram strategy that includes really clear brand guidelines, and also creating highlights for the account, setting up the Instagram shop, arranging brand collaborations, posting consistently and creating viral content.

We have used the Ads to generate sales more than for driving the growth of the page.

Feed Design - Alice and me

Alice and me is a new jewelry company that is located on the Gold Coast (Australia) and that has a strong focus on fine jewelry and stones. I created the following for the brand's upcoming launch:

  • Creating a full brand kit with fonts and colors from an existent logo.

  • Creating a look & feel for the brand's social media presence.

  • Drafting the most important pillars of the strategy of the brand on Instagram.

  • Teaching about the different strategies to the founder.

Founder & CEO - Forget the Office

I also managed Sara's Instagram and run ads for her. We have recently started but we have achieved good results and a significant change on the metrics.

Business Plan & Social Media Strategy - Learnsei

We worked with the founder to establish the online presence and passive income streams of Learnsei English & Spanish Academy.

We created brand templates for the founder from the brand guidelines already existing in order for him to use them in a more strategic and consistent way and worked on the different.

Currrently working with the founder on the creation of an online course.
